Lade Electric Supply is in search of a committed Sales Counter Representative to join our team. This role will involve direct reporting to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers at the sales counter, through electronic communication, and via telephone.
  • Handle pricing and order processing for smaller projects.
  • Accurately quote, place, and manage orders.
  • Monitor orders within the computer system to ensure efficiency for both customers and processing.
  • Work to expand the customer base and enhance sales and profitability.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including organizing stock, preparing will calls, and managing inventory.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience in the electrical sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
