Key Responsibilities
- Assist the National Sales Manager with daily organizational tasks and sales initiatives.
- Document interactions with sales leadership, team members, and clients.
- Collaborate closely with sales personnel to follow up on quotes, service requests, and unresolved issues.
- Engage with customers to provide support to the sales team as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to foster a unified team environment.
- Participate in assigned sales projects.
- Manage data entry, generate scheduled reports, and present them to management.
- Help in the creation of sales reports and other essential departmental documents.
- Handle incoming communications from customers and internal sales staff regarding pricing and customer service.
- Support dealer partners in navigating our processes and available tools.
- Oversee expense reporting, including approvals and report preparation.
- Provide enhanced support to Regional Sales Managers while they are traveling.
- Organize and facilitate weekly Marketing meetings to review account activities with the assigned RSM, National Sales Manager, and Marketing team.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address order-related concerns.
- Contribute to the development of Leap/SalesPro (in-home pricing program); post-launch, shift focus to program administration.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience and take appropriate actions, including collaborating with the Customer Service team on specific requests.
- Offer assistance to the Customer Service Team regarding inquiries on open requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience is required; sales experience is a plus. Experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
- Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Strong multitasking skills and effective management of customer concerns.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
As a full-time employee, your standard work hours will typically be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including free healthcare and dental insurance for you and your eligible dependents, with no payroll deductions.
