KenCrest is seeking a highly skilled Assistive Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide support to individuals with disabilities through the use of assistive technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify technology needs and recommend solutions
  • Provide training and guidance on the use of assistive devices
  • Install and maintain assistive technology devices
  • Research and implement new and innovative assistive technologies
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
  • High proficiency with assistive technologies, including smart home technologies and iOS/Android operating systems
  • Preferred certifications: RESNA Assistive Technology Professional Certification, Assistive Technology Specialist Credential, or Tech First Shift Enabling Technology Integration Specialist Credential
Working Conditions:

The Assistive Technology Specialist works at various program sites in the field and spends some time in the office. Travel between work sites or into the community is required.
