Job Description

Easter Seals Goodwill ND, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing services to adults and children with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain social support networks for individuals.
  • Maintain or re-establish family connections for individuals.
  • Support individuals in maintaining their home, health, and well-being.
  • Help individuals utilize community resources and services.
  • Advocate for individuals with disabilities and promote dignity and respect in the community.

Requirements:

  • Interest in and/or experience in supporting people with disabilities.
  • Ability to work as a team and independently, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Belief in the importance of education, training, and work in transforming lives.
  • Age 16 or older.
  • Ability to meet and maintain background investigation requirements.
