Position Overview
This role involves working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The Senior Practical Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, providing guidance to nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care through comprehensive assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient needs.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote best practices in patient care.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Qualifications
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the states of Iowa and Illinois is mandatory.
