Medical Imaging Supervisor Opportunity

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a qualified Medical Imaging Supervisor to lead a dynamic Radiology team at an established hospital in Central Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the medical imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to provide comprehensive diagnostic services.
  • Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Implement and oversee quality control programs to ensure optimal imaging results.
Requirements:
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent certification in a related imaging modality.
  • Valid state license to practice in Illinois (IEMA).
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
