Compensation Package

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide a robust benefits program, including medical, dental, vision coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) plans, and a suite of personal well-being benefits.

Job Description

As a Manager, Account Management, you will play a critical role in driving account operations strategy and communication, working closely with account leadership to develop and implement account growth initiatives and operational process enhancements. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing the implementation and integration of client Vendor Management Systems (VMS) into account processes;
  • Oversight of account operations onshore and offshore resources, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing;
  • Leveraging appropriate firm tools and resources for accurate and timely reporting;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience in one or more business-related areas, such as Financial and Data Analysis, Project Management, and Business Operations;
  • Minimum two years of recent experience with people management;
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, finance, or a related field; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and data analysis/reporting in Excel;
