Electrical Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage and coordinate the electrical work on our projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Inspect and verify the quality of electrical work, ensuring it meets our standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement electrical plans, specifications, and procedures to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Supervise and train electrical personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and making adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct electrical personnel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex electrical issues.
