Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Interior Designer to join our team at Interior Talent. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting unique design plans, managing project budgets, sourcing materials, and overseeing every detail from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Solutions: Develop innovative and efficient design solutions and execute all phases of a project to meet project requirements and client expectations.
  • Project Leadership: Lead all design efforts on a project, from programming and concept design through construction documentation.
  • Design Materials: Prepare conceptual design ideas, 2D and 3D presentation materials, and participate in research, selection, and specification of interior finishes, furniture, fixture, and equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams in design, documentation, and construction administration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Certification: NCIDQ certification, pursuing or currently certified, preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of interior design experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D rendering skills, experience with all aspects of residential construction (new and renovation), commercial construction knowledge a bonus.
  • Qualities: Strong client communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget, demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships.
