Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior EVMS Analyst to become a vital member of our Corporate Earned Value Management (EVM) Center of Excellence team. This role is essential in supporting our Digital Infrastructure program within the National Security Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and overseeing project setups in OPDEC IPM.
  • Producing Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs) and managing contract budget baselines.
  • Facilitating integrated baseline reviews and collaborative surveillance assessments.
  • Creating and monitoring Work Breakdown Structures and associated elements.
  • Collaborating with Program Managers, Contracts, and Senior Technical Staff.
  • Engaging in new business proposal efforts.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree along with over 8 years of experience in project or program management, including a minimum of 5 years in leading EVMS implementations. Expertise in various functional domains such as program management, pricing, and contract management is essential. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret / SCI clearance.

Preferred Skills: Holding an active TS/SCI clearance and certifications such as PMP, SP, or EVP is advantageous. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project and Deltek Cobra is also preferred.

Compensation: Leidos provides a competitive salary range for this role, taking into account various factors when extending an offer.
