Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise the site management team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the site meets company objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every traveler leaves the site satisfied.
  • Financial Performance: Monitor key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to drive profitability.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop the site management team, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all customer complaints are addressed promptly, and develop strategies to reduce or eliminate their recurrence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the site is compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Accurately and timely complete and submit reports, personnel records, time sheets, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Proficient planning and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certifications: Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage and an acceptable driving record.
