We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Operations Manager to enhance our operational framework at Conn's HomePlus. In collaboration with the store's leadership team, you will be instrumental in driving operational success by managing customer service representatives, inventory management, merchandising, and safety measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and oversee a team of customer service personnel and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with the company's customer service standards.
- Address and resolve any billing issues effectively.
- Implement strict cash handling protocols.
- Oversee warehouse functions, including inventory management, cycle counts, product display, and pricing accuracy.
- Work alongside the management team to develop and uphold operational policies and procedures.
- Create staffing schedules to optimize store operations.
- Guarantee the accuracy and reliability of product deliveries.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail is preferred.
- Experience in management or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills are critical.
- Proficiency in computer systems and office applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability for a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
