We are seeking a Information Systems Security Analyst to oversee and implement policies and procedures that safeguard our organization's computing environment against various security threats. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying vulnerabilities and collaborating with our IT department to address them, ensuring the integrity and security of our network and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing vulnerabilities within our existing network and cloud infrastructure.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to secure our computing systems and networks.
  • Monitoring network activity to ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Staying informed about advancements in IT security standards and emerging threats.
  • Working closely with management and the IT team to enhance and enforce security measures.
  • Documenting security incidents and evaluating their impact.
  • Providing training to staff on security software and best practices in information security.
  • Managing and implementing policies for Office 365 Defender and Entra group policies.
  • Configuring and overseeing single sign-on with Entra and third-party applications.
  • Performing additional site-specific duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Professional certification in information security.
  • Experience in a dedicated information security role.
  • Strong understanding of various information security frameworks.
  • Proficient in security settings, particularly Office 365 Defender.
  • Familiarity with MS Entra and its security features.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to educate non-technical personnel on security measures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP security and access control is a plus.

Note: This position requires full on-site presence.
