The Role

As a Manager in our Transaction Advisory Services team, you'll assist in conducting financial due diligence by analyzing target companies' financial statements, performance metrics, market dynamics, and risks. You'll identify and assess financial risks associated with potential transactions, communicate with target management teams and client personnel, and prepare due diligence reports to support decision-making by clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial due diligence, analyzing financial statements, performance metrics, market dynamics, and risks.
  • Identify and assess financial risks associated with potential transactions.
  • Communicate with target management teams and client personnel.
  • Prepare due diligence reports, summarizing key findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Seniors, Associates, and Interns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience with a Big Four or national accounting firm, including at least 3 years of financial due diligence experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of M&A markets, including corporate, private equity, and investment banking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural facilitator.
  • Proficient use of technology, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or other analytics software.
