  • Assist in managing, developing, and coaching professional tax staff.
  • Review and manage projects prepared by tax associates and seniors.
  • Effectively delegate responsibilities to others and monitor engagement team efforts.
  • Research complex tax issues, apply findings to projects, and clearly communicate those findings in writing.

Requirements
  • 9 years or more of related experience in public accounting, preferably in the commercial services sector.
  • Bachelor or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements.
