International Tax Senior Manager

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a highly skilled International Tax Senior Manager to join our growing International Tax practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned tax professional to collaborate with a borderless team of professionals across the U.S. and globally to address pressing issues for our clients and advise on U.S.-based and local country matters.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in international tax compliance, planning, and structuring, as well as experience with cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and supply chain planning.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead multiple international tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax planning and consulting projects for our diverse clients.
You will also be responsible for building relationships with Baker Tilly member firms around the world, providing international tax technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wide, and assisting with managing client engagement staffing and billings/collections.

Responsibilities:- Advise clients on a full spectrum of international tax services, including planning, research, compliance, foreign tax credit, and international provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
- Lead multiple international tax engagements, ensuring the delivery of quality tax planning and consulting projects for our diverse clients.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up-to-date on trends, developments, and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations.
- Collaborate and build relationships with Baker Tilly member firms around the world.
- Provide international tax technical guidance to tax professionals firm-wide.
- Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients.
- Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm-wide learning and development programs.
- Support the growth and development of the International Tax practice.
