We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team, responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and managing vendor relationships
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payments, as well as maintaining a thorough audit trail
  • Developing and implementing effective AP systems and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree or college courses in accounting preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable roles, with a strong understanding of purchase orders and AP systems
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
