About the Role

We are seeking an experienced PDI Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all deliveries meet our high standards. Your primary objective will be to manage the PDI Department effectively, driving superior results in customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assurance - Guarantee that every unit delivered meets our company's quality benchmarks.
  • Manage the PDI Department, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to achieve outstanding performance.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of PDI staff members.
  • Oversee department personnel, ensuring they adhere to assigned work schedules and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with Sales staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Enforce safety requirements and regulations that impact our operations.
  • Forecast goals and objectives for the PDI Department.
  • Schedule and ensure timely unit deliveries.
  • Develop and implement training programs for department personnel.
  • Implement appropriate strategies and initiatives to meet dealership objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Service Manager in the RV or Automotive industry.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Exhibit strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Be willing to work weekends as needed.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
