Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education to clients, families, and stakeholders regarding health, wellness, and preventive care.
- Participate in resident meetings as necessary, offering health-related insights to the team and families.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to promote client health and safety.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for prospective clients, developing comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and deliver essential patient care.
- Train staff and perform audits in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Implement dietary modifications and ensure compliance with all medical protocols.
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a current and valid Registered Nurse license.
