Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding techniques.
  • Ability to manage conventional projects and execute fit-ups according to specifications.
  • Skilled in advanced reading of blueprints and understanding welding symbols.
  • Capable of working independently with sound judgment.
  • Ensures timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Commitment to achieving or exceeding ASME and AWS standards in workmanship.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
  • Proficient in following both written and verbal instructions.
  • Demonstrates responsibility in managing independent projects, especially for non-ASME tasks.
  • Enthusiastic about ongoing education and skill development.
  • Reliable attendance and effective teamwork are essential.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of basic welding principles.
  • Possession of at least one certification in GMAW, FCAW, or GTAW welding techniques.
  • Competence in utilizing additional tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Physical Demands:

  • This role requires physical stamina, including:
