- Pneumonia
- Altered Mental Status (AMS)

Key Responsibilities:


The Clinical Nurse Specialist is accountable for patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, care planning, intervention implementation, and outcome evaluation for diverse patient populations.

The CNS will perform these duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and professional practice standards:


- Conduct ongoing assessments based on patient conditions and institutional protocols, prioritizing care as necessary.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to assigned patient populations through assessment, planning, execution, evaluation, and discharge processes.
- Oversee and delegate responsibilities to team members while maintaining leadership within the nursing team.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding patient, family, and facility matters.


Demonstrate the ability to provide care that is sensitive to the developmental and cultural needs of the patient population served.

Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery.


Qualifications:


Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current RN License from the state nursing board
- New graduates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.


Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- Previous experience in a nursing role is advantageous.
