Job Summary:

As an Assembly Technician at Covenant Health, you will play a vital role in preparing and providing custom procedure packs according to prescribed procedures and aseptic technique. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble custom procedure packs according to established department guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to department protocols and regulations
• Collaborate with the central pack program team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of custom procedure packs
• Participate in quality assurance activities, including inventory management and cycle counts
• Provide training and education to peers on topics such as Device History Record and Quality SOP

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Sterile Processing Technician or Medical Industry Custom Pack Assembly experience a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
