Job Title: Sales Lead

At Chico's FAS, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Lead, you'll play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and supporting store management in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to store teams, ensuring accountability for achieving brand, performance, and behavior standards.
  • Perform and oversee basic operational activities, including opening and closing duties, and merchandise flow processes.
  • Supervise sales associates, ensuring they meet sales and productivity goals, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
  • Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales teams to meet assigned goals and maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge.
  • Train and coach sales associates to ensure they're fluent in all aspects of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company and maintain knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of 8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of 8-hour shift).
