Position Overview:
All Lines Technology Inc. is looking for a seasoned Cisco VoIP Architect to enhance our client's voice communication systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the internal IP telephony infrastructure, ensuring seamless network connectivity and hardware integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft comprehensive architecture plans for integrated voice and data services.
  • Oversee the installation of essential network hardware, including IP and PBX communication servers.
  • Design and deploy Cisco Unity systems to optimize communication.
  • Diagnose and resolve VoIP network challenges effectively.
  • Evaluate and enhance network security measures and protocols.
  • Manage user access and permissions within the network.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the establishment and maintenance of the organization's voice communication framework.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in network voice, collaboration, telepresence, and call center environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco IP telephony technologies and solutions.
  • Proven experience in administering and supporting Cisco's Unified Communications portfolio, including CUCM, Unity, Voice Gateways, Collaboration Edge, Jabber, Telepresence, and routing with PRI and SIP trunking.
  • Strong background in network planning, architecture design, and engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Capability to assess new technologies, troubleshoot network issues, and establish technical standards and interface applications.
