About the Job: Allied Universal is seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our business segment in a designated region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing client experiences, building long-term relationships, and engaging with employees who deliver our services in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve service level agreements and meet client expectations.
  • Hire, develop, and retain qualified security officers and operations managers to oversee remote-managed businesses.
  • Communicate high service level expectations to ensure client and employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage regularly with clients to share expertise and enhance the value of our services.
  • Manage day-to-day team efforts to ensure quality and cost-effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a service industry, preferably in customer service, account management, sales, facilities management, military, or law enforcement.
  • Proven strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop and grow client relationships, make decisions, and conduct courageous conversations.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
