Job Summary

As a Sales Associate III at Tapestry, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment. This role requires a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective selling and clienteling strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current collections and fashion trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging customer experience through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and operational guidelines.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
