Job Summary:

The Licensed Counselor will be responsible for screening and assessing clients, providing individual and group counseling, and developing comprehensive treatment plans. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen and assess clients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients, using evidence-based practices and techniques
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure that clients receive a high level of care
  • Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with agency policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing
  • Experience working with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, particularly with juvenile and criminal justice populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
