Job Summary:The LPN role in Consultative Medicine involves patient visits, review of patient health history, medication review, immunization administration, focused nutrition assessments, and blood pressure visits. The LPN collaborates daily with physicians, nursing colleagues, and support staff to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services provided to each resident
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and support staff to develop innovative solutions to patient care
- Provide patient visits, review patient health history, and administer medications as needed
- Conduct focused nutrition assessments and blood pressure visits
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in the State of Minnesota
- One year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting (if graduation did not occur within the last two years)
- Familiarity with standards of nursing practice and state and federal regulations
- Good oral and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal relationship skills
We offer a competitive salary of $34.62 per hour, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and a full benefit package with $0 medical insurance cost.
