Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Pine Haven Community, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing services provided to each resident. This includes managing the care of residents, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the care of residents, including developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications

- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in the State of Minnesota
- Familiar with the standards of nursing practice and state and federal regulations
- Good oral and written communications skills. Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Must be able to communicate, speak, hear, write and understand the English language
