Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or higher from an accredited institution
  • At least 12 months of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare environment
  • Texas RN license or temporary TX RN license with the ability to obtain permanent licensure within 90 days
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
