Job Summary

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Attendant to join our team at Rivertown Court in Hastings, MN. As a Site Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the property, including snow removal, grounds keeping, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform snow removal and salt/sanding to ensure site exterior safety and sanitation
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, vendors, and contractors
  • Act as a positive representative of the CDA and promote a positive image of the organization
  • Perform assigned administrative functions, including reporting resident problems and issues to the Property Manager
  • Serve as a secondary agency representative to residents and provide support and assistance as needed
Requirements
  • Must live on-site at Rivertown Court
  • Previous cleaning and/or groundskeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting and other physical activity associated with light maintenance duties
  • Organizational and communication skills required
