Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent homeowners throughout the process of having their roof replaced due to storm damage, providing detailed and accurate information, and quality controlling the whole process.
  • Work in the field gaining new clients through door-to-door sales with free roof inspections.
  • Manage accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
  • Update multiple accounts, follow up with leads and referrals on a daily basis, time management is key.
  • Be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs (~15 minute roof inspections).

Requirements:

  • Be able to get on-top of residential one-story and two-story roofs to perform roof inspections. (proper training would be provided)
  • Desire to determine your own income based on your efforts.
  • Have a clean and presentable appearance, as we are working with homeowners daily.
  • Be positive, driven, confident, and comfortable talking with just about anyone.
  • Punctuality and professionalism are a must.
  • Must have a truck.
