Job Summary

As a Sales Representative for Keller Foundations, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities in the construction industry. This role requires a strong understanding of rebar sales and the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy. You will be working locally with minimal overnight travel and will be expected to maintain a 25% ongoing account management with around 75% outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee billing, orders, pour dates, repairs, bids, and coordinate deliveries.
  • Communicate with existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct construction site visits.
  • Address customer concerns and issues.
  • Identify and contact potential new customers.
  • Bid on jobs for existing and new sales customers.
  • Assist with collections and obtain POs.
  • Collaborate with Logistics for Hot Shot deliveries.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; 2-year Associates Degree preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Account management experience.
  • Relationship building and sales skills.
  • Ability to read Blueprints.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Get-it-done attitude.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 per year. Benefits include bonus potential, company vehicle, 401(k) + matching, health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off (PTO), and holiday pay. Keller Foundations is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
