Job Title: Tax Analyst

IQVIA is seeking a highly skilled Tax Analyst to join our team. As a Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting financial and accounting operations, preparing and interpreting financial information, and managing the organization's taxation affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit US Federal, State, and City tax returns and payments.
  • Manage tax compliance and planning, including review of income tax returns and the income tax provision.
  • Assist in determining current and deferred tax assets and liabilities.
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies and processes to ensure accurate calculation and reporting of tax accounting requirements.
  • Conduct tax research and analysis using RIA, Checkpoint, and other tax research tools.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Master's preferred.
  • 2-6 years' finance experience, including corporate tax or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong understanding of standard corporate income tax and tax accounting concepts.
  • Knowledge of Financial Accounting Standard calculations and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Tax provision control requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and tax preparation software.
