Key Responsibilities
As a Tax Analyst at IQVIA, you will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations within the organization. This role involves preparing budgets, reports, forecasts, and statutory returns, conducting financial analyses, managing taxation affairs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Functions
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Managing tax compliance and planning
- Assisting with financial reporting and analysis
- Implementing financial planning strategies
- Ensuring accurate financial accounting and reporting
- Developing and implementing financial-efficient opportunities
- Assisting with special financial compliance projects
- Conducting financial research and analysis
- Additional duties as assigned
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 2-6 years of finance experience
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial accounting concepts
- Knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial software, and accounting systems
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Establish and maintain effective relationships
