Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee and manage our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in road construction, building infrastructure, excavation, land development, and utility installation. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management:
    • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities from conception to completion.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Motivate and guide a team of construction professionals to achieve project goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and safe work environment.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress.
  • Quality Control:
    • Enforce strict adherence to quality standards and building codes.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets expectations.
    • Address any issues or deficiencies promptly.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Maintain clear and concise communication with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    • Prepare progress reports and documentation as required.
    • Effectively manage client expectations and address concerns.
