  • Work in conjunction with various teams to pinpoint and execute enhancements to the GPS tracking system and office technology.
  • Remain informed about industry developments and best practices concerning offender monitoring and office technology management.
  • Create analytical reports derived from GPS data and disseminate them to relevant law enforcement officials utilizing our proprietary software.
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of primary passwords and a maintenance timetable for office technology, ensuring compliance with relevant service level agreements for individual user passwords and offender passwords.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Expertise in diagnosing hardware and software challenges.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in installation technician roles such as fire alarm technician, security installation specialist, field support technician, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are beneficial.
