Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Caregiver to join our team. As a Support Caregiver, you will work directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
