Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Habilitation Supervisor to join our team at the Arizona Department of Economic Security. As a Habilitation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of caregivers who provide support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care and support services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Assist individuals with their daily needs and implement their Individualized Support Plans (ISPs).
  • Model and monitor behaviors to ensure all staff provide consistently high-quality care and adhere to federal and state regulations.
  • Perform supervisory duties, including completion of performance evaluations, approving employee timecard entries, and facilitating staff meetings.
  • Complete review of Client Incident Reports and ensure all information is accurate and complete.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and write in English and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
