Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Midwest - Omni. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the heavy highway construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including contractors, engineers, and government agencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the heavy highway construction industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of the heavy highway construction industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
