We are seeking a highly skilled Remittance Processing Associate I to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, coordinating equipment maintenance, and performing research and adjustment activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments and prepare outgoing collection notices
  • Coordinate set-up and maintenance activities for remittance processing equipment
  • Perform research and adjustment activities to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain inventory of remittance processing supplies
  • Prepare and process exception items
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Considerable knowledge of remittance processing and related procedures
  • Proficient written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to lift or move up to 30 pounds
