Position Summary:
The Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) Product Development team is a vital segment of Visa's Value Added Services Product Development organization. This team specializes in consumer authentication solutions that verify identity and user authentication, ensuring a secure and seamless payment experience. Our solutions are widely utilized by card issuers, merchants, and acquirers on a subscription basis, with a growing global adoption. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven insights and analytics for lean/agile portfolio management.
  • Facilitate problem-solving sessions to create analytical solutions that empower the organization to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive reports that highlight data insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Lead the requirements gathering for report/dashboard automation.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, identifying data sources and elements, and calculating metrics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions utilizing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in creating documentation related to system integration, data flows, and best practices.
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights through interactive and user-friendly reports.
  • Integrate data from diverse sources into Power BI using SQL queries and Dataflows.
  • Manage data connections, models, and transformations within the Power BI environment.
  • Support the establishment of data access approvals and connectivity with data sources.
  • Contribute to the creation of UX wireframes and ensure the accuracy of reports and dashboards.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to promote the successful adoption of Power BI.

Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of remote and office work. Employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week, based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Machine Learning.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Flow and Power Automate.
  • Ability to write SQL queries and automate manual processes.
  • Strong understanding of database systems and data structures.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to convey insights through effective data visualization.
  • Capacity to learn new systems and tools quickly.
  • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools.

Additional Information:
This role may require occasional travel and will be performed in an office setting, necessitating the ability to communicate effectively and operate standard office equipment.
