- Budget Management: Develop and administer the budget for maintenance functions, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
- Team Management: Hire, fire, and perform performance evaluations of direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
- Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of engineers, coordinators, and other staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of eight years of experience in facilities or plant engineering management.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, extensive computer knowledge, and a valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Knowledge: Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
