We're seeking a highly motivated Home Energy Solutions Expert to join our team at Elysian Energy. With 3-5 years of energy auditing experience, you're ready to take on a new challenge that combines data analysis, customer solutions, and project coordination.

About the Job

Elysian Energy is committed to helping homeowners reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint. As a Home Energy Solutions Expert, you'll be responsible for analyzing data from Home Performance with Energy Star audits and creating proposals for energy efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Perform data modeling for energy audits using industry-standard software
  • Report Creation: Develop audit reports, HVAC and electrical load calculations
  • Proposal Development: Create practical scopes of work within program parameters and for larger scale projects
  • Customer Communication: Communicate audit findings and recommendations to homeowners clearly and effectively
  • Tech Research: Research emerging technologies for residential energy efficiency and electrification/decarbonization projects
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors and internal contracting staff on multi-phased projects
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to auditors as needed
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform related administrative tasks using computers and mobile technology
Requirements:
  • Building Performance Institute Building Analyst Certification (BPI BA) or BPI HEP Energy Auditor Certification
  • 3+ years of energy auditing experience
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Reliable access to an insured vehicle
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks
Salary Estimate:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year
