Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Energy Researcher to join our Electronic Materials & Microsystems Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing solutions to diverse problems in energy conversion materials and devices.

You will work closely with project managers to perform experiments, assist in problem-solving, and characterize materials and devices. Your expertise will help drive innovation in areas such as photovoltaics, energy efficiency, and thermal management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • A strong background and interest in energy materials and devices, particularly photovoltaic (PV) materials and devices.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a laboratory environment developing PV materials and devices and characterizing them.
  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and persistence to see tasks through to completion.
