Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to Pediatric and Adult patients in the Greene County area. As a Private Duty LPN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

Current BLS card.
