Candidates should possess prior experience in bookkeeping, as well as familiarity with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, balance sheets, and maintaining the confidentiality of financial data while ensuring compliance with relevant financial policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Oversee general ledger functions and ensure accuracy
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
