Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nursing License in the state of practice.
- 1+ years of Home Health & Hospice experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
Benefits and Compensation:
The salary for this position is $37 per hour, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 22 days of PTO, available medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life, accident, and disability insurance options, and referral bonuses.
