Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Director of Award Development & Implementation to oversee a high-performing team and lead new funding opportunity initiatives. This role requires effective management and collaboration across various divisions of PCORI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop collaborations across programmatic divisions and lead new funding opportunity initiatives.
- Oversight and management of the ADI team, including professional development and consistency in funding opportunities.
- Lead the formulation and compliance monitoring of PCORI policies related to award activities.
- Build strategic relationships with nonprofit health research funders and represent PCORI at relevant events.
- A minimum of 10 years in research funding programmatic leadership.
- Doctorate or professional degree in a relevant field desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in managing staff and leading teams.
