Qualifications

Experience:

A minimum of one year of relevant cooking experience is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a good command of the English language, are essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to maintain written records and possess knowledge of proper food preparation, storage, and handling techniques. At least one year of experience operating standard institutional cooking equipment, such as meat slicers, mixers, steamers, and other kitchen tools, is required.

Certifications:

CPR certification or a willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment is necessary. A valid driver's license is required. Additionally, candidates must have a valid Serv Safe Food Handlers Certificate or be willing and able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment or as mandated.
